Good, but realistic pay is something else that you should look for in a new job. Unless you are sure, you may want to try and refrain from taking a pay cut. If you are able to receive additional benefits that you currently do not have, a pay cut may be worth it, but it is advised that you proceed with caution. Before you search for a new job, you may want to create a budget for yourself. A budget can help you determine how much money you need to make. This will ensure that you are able to find a new job that allows you to adequately pay your bills and support your family.

Health insurance is something else that you may want to look for in a new job. Although it may be unnecessary, you should keep health insurance in mind. Although location should be taken into consideration, you should remember that there are other, more important, features that you should look for in a new job, a few of which were outlined above.

As you can tell, these are common sense, practical job finding tips. Use them all together to improve your chances of landing that next job. They'll help you choose the right job for you and help you weed out the ones that could end up in a dead end job. Whether or not Kady Malloy really needs them, I have no idea. I'm sure she is talented enough to get by without them, but who knows.

Kady Malloy Bombs American Idol Round 1

Poor Kady Malloy. I thought she had an "all right" performance Wed. night on American Idol. However, the judges didn't see it that way and really dumped on Kady Malloy.

Sure, I thought the song could have been better, but I thought she did an okay job with what she picked. This just goes to show that the contestants really need to pick the right song for them.

It could have been because she was up late the night before. I've read rumors that her and some other Contestants snuck out to do a little shopping around town. Rumor has it that clothes, jewelry, shoes, electronics were all purchased by the guys and gals. I guess cabin fever was sitting in. Some were overheard bragging about the deals they got at the Gap and one of the contestants were showing off the Born footwear that they got a great deal on.

Simon Cowell actually said the 18 year old from Houston Texas seemed to be 80. Kady Malloy's biggest problem it seems is that she's trying to be other people rather than just singing and being herself.

I believe that Kady Malloy is in danger of going home next week. I don't think the song did all that much to help her situation. The only thing that may help her is if another contestant does worse. I lkike Kady, and hope to see her next week.

As we all know, nothing is for sure with American Idol and in the end, it's up to the viewers to determine if Kady Malloy will be back next week.

Kady Malloy is a very talented and gifted artist, but good enough for the Top 12? It remains to be seen whether or not Kady Malloy is good enough to make American Idol's Top 12..

Here are some Things Kady Malloy Will Have To Do

Kady Malloy will have to sing songs like never before to capture American Idol viewers votes. Song selection is going to be very important this time around and choosing the wrong song will send Kady Malloy home from the American Idol competition.

Not only is the song selection critical for her, but Kady Malloy will have to be at her best. As there are only a few true amateurs in the Top 24, this will make it harder for Kady Malloy to reach the top 12.

Everybody knows by now that most of the Top 24 American Idol competitors have had either previous recording contracts or professional experience. This is something Kady Malloy as well as the other American Idol contenders will have to deal with.

What about the American Idol judges?

Now that they're in the weekly competition, the Judges decision will not affect Kady Malloy as much as in previous shows when Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell had the final decision. Interacting with the audience is another area where Kady Malloy shines. Viewers like seeing performers interacting with the crowds.

What, If Any, Changes Should Kady Malloy Make?

It's no secret that the American Idol Judges do not like to see competitors perform easy songs. They want the performers stretch their musical limits. This may be one area where Kady Malloy does not have an edge. If history is any indication, the American Idol Judges criticism will have little effect on whether or not Kady Malloy makes it into the top 12. In the past, Simon, Paul and Randy have critisized competitors who made it all the way to the end. Although Kady Malloy may have feelings that get hurt by bad comments from the Judges, it will be the viewers who ultimately decide on whether or not Kady Malloy makes it into the American Idol Top 12. For example, last year Taylor Hicks was critisized several times by Simon as being nothing more than a lounge singer, yet viewers ultimately chose him as the American Idol for Season 6. Kady Malloy will need to make sure the crowds are pleased, not the Judges.

What Do The American Idol Viewers Like?

American Idol is really about contemporary Pop music. That is the most popular music played today and that's where the money is and American Idol knows this. This is why country singers, Blues and Rock singers have all had a hard time making it into the Top 12. They're trying to sing songs that they are not familiar or comfortable with. I believe Chris Daughtery is a fine example. He probably made it further than any other Non-Pop singer and by all rights, was by far the best of all of Season 6 competitors. So how did Taylor Hicks win? Because he had a better stage performance than Chris and could sing popular songs while doing it. Look at where Chris is now at the top of the charts. It's been stated that Taylor Hicks has just lost his contract. If Kady Malloy wants to make it to the top, song selection and stage performance had better please the younger Pop loving generation.

All in all, Kady Malloy has a pretty good chance of making American Idol's Top 12. If you're a fan of Kady Malloy, you need to get on the phone each week and vote to make sure it happens. Only time will tell whether or not Kady Malloy is in the Top 12.

Does Kady Malloy Own American Idol

Kady Malloy glided into American Idol's Top 24 last week with hardl any effort at all. Kady Malloy was one of the favorites and easily won the spot in the Top 24 American Idol list.

Many are predicting that Kady Malloy will be in the Top 3 at the end of the Season, some even say she'll take the Season 7 American Idol home.

The next step for Kady Malloy and all the other American Idol hopefuls is the stressful competition each week leading up to American Idol's Top 12. Unlike previous American Idol competition's, these are voted on by you the viewer, not determined by the judges. No one doubts that Kady Malloy has what it takes to make the American Idol top 12. All that stands in the way is a poor performance or poor song choice, or perhaps even a bad night by the judges.

Kady Malloy certainly has a bank of songs to choose from. She has a wide range of songs and voices in which to pick from that can give her the variety she needs to be popular with the American Idol viewers. There have been American Idol contestants in the past who’ve made it a long ways in the compeition that were'nt as talented as Kady Malloy. But we all know that sometimes it’s not the most talented that go on to the final 12 in American Idol competition, sometimes it’s nothing more than a local favorite getting their hometown (or home state or home country…read Sanjiya) to vote for them.

Kady Malloy has what it takes to make it to the Top 3 in the American Idol competition, the only question mark at this time is can it be done with a fickle crowd and can the song choices and performances go off without a hitch?

We’ll just have to turn on American Idol and watch American Idol every week to see if Kady Malloy can wow the fans of American Idol.

Well, we all knew Kady Malloy would make the top 24 of American Idol, didn't we? Kady Mallow had a wonderful audition and quickly moved on up the ladder.

As you know, Kady Malloy is from Houston and has multiple singing styles. During her first audcition for the American Idol judges, Kady Malloy impersonated Britney Spears and Carrie Underwood. When pressed to do her own thing, Kady went on to wow the judges, so much in fact that Simon even called her Super Talented! For her song she chose "Unchained Melody".

At only 18, it's easy to see that Kady Malloy has a long successful road ahead of her, even if by chance she does't win American Idol. She'll be surely snapped up or sent on the road by American Idol.

Kady Malloy has a wide range of voices, but I believe if she can control her low, soft voice, she can put the American Idol competition away. It was awesome the night she auditioned for Randy, Paula and Simon.

Kady, like Kristy Lee Cook, Carly Hennesy and Michael Johns are the target of angry fans that American Idol because they have previous recording contracts. Personally, I don't care. I love the way Kady Malloy sings and I'm glad she's made the final 24 on season 7 of American Idol.

We'll be watching Kady Malloy every week on American Idol as she works her way to the top. I'll predict now that she's on of the top 3 finalist at the end of the show. Kady Malloy is a amateur singer that starred on American Idol. She had a great audition and all the judges liked Kady Malloy very much. You can expect to see more and more of Kady Malloy once the reach Hollywood.

I really like Kady Malloy's smooth voice and I think she has a world of talent and I look for her to go far in the American Idol competition.
